Support Staff Position

BoviSync Tier I Support Specialist is the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. This role requires a highly accountable, reliable, and motivated individual who can troubleshoot basic issues, communicate clearly, and deliver timely support. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership qualities, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial contact for support inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to user requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of accountability and ownership for assigned tasks.
  • Assist in creating and updating LMS and knowledge-base articles.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, systems, SOPs, and updates to software

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of basic computer operations, software applications, and common troubleshooting steps.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused when assisting users.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, even in entry-level roles.
  • Must be located in Wisconsin, or willing to relocate (in or around Fond du lac County).  This is an in-person position with the opportunity to work from home.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of dairy farming
  • Experience with HMS systems (BoviSync, DC305, AFI, etc)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zoho, SalesForce, etc)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, Microsoft Teams, and other basic business applications
  • General understanding of security awareness
