BoviSync Partner and Distributor Program
The relationship between a partner and BoviSync is a referral type. The partner will generate sales for BoviSync SaaS with farms. The partner has the choice of doing the setup and training themselves, having BoviSync do it, or a hybrid. All set up charges would be split based on the party doing the setup. and BoviSync will work directly with the farm for setup, training, and billing. The partner will receive a 25% of the first year’s subscription, paid after the first month the farm utilizes BoviSync. If a farm does not stay on BoviSync for 12 months, BoviSync will deduct this amount from future sales. The partner relationship is a non-exclusive arrangement and BoviSync can work with other parties in the market.
The relationship between a distributor and BoviSync is as an owner of the BoviSync business in that country. The distributor will generate sales for BoviSync SaaS with farms. The distributor has the choice of doing the setup and training themselves, having BoviSync do it, or a hybrid. To become a distributor for BoviSync an organization or individual must be responsible for adding 10,000 animals onto BoviSync, they must have installed BoviSync on no less than 6 farms and all 10,000 animals and 6 farms must be on BoviSync for at least 3 months. To maintain the title as a distributor 3,000 cows and 5 farms must be added per year. Exclusive distributors can set the price for the country and are required to provide quality support to all customers regardless of other business relationships with the dairy. BoviSync reserves the right to terminate the distributor relationship at any time.
Commissions that are paid in advance are returned (credited to partner/distributor account) if the farm stops using BoviSync within the first 12 months.
Your group may choose to make BoviSync the herd management solution for your customers. To do this, set yourself as the billing agent for all the farms and you will receive one bill itemized for each farm’s animals. There is only one account fee, allowing you to keep this for providing service and support or pass this discount along to your customers. Because you are the billing agent you can choose to pass the costs along to the dairies or bundle the costs into your services. Farms may choose to change to self-pay at any time, at which time BoviSync or the distributor would bill them for the full cost and the dairy can go to them for support.
BoviSync Partner and Distributor Program allows BoviSync to invest in partners through special training and offers to benefit our mutual customers. In addition dairy producers will be able to identify consultants that they already know and work with to help them transform their dairy using BoviSync.
