BoviSync, a fast-growing employee-owned dairy herd management software company, is looking to fill the position for a Customer Success Intern. The Customer Success Intern will work with the Customer Success team on training new users and farms using BoviSync. They will validate business processes and provide recommendations during BoviStart. Herd management knowledge, communication skills, and teaching skills are necessary to provide exceptional customer service. Training will be provided to the farm staff, owners, and consultants on dairies and remote. As a member of the customer success team, consultants will also provide support to existing customers. One of the most exciting parts of this position is the opportunity to work with the most progressive dairy farms in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Train users how to BoviSync herd management software
- Validate farm setups and make recommendations to farms during implementation
- Solve existing customer needs by solving problems and providing training
- Develop and update training and educational resources
Requirements
- Experience in dairy herd management
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Education focus in Agriculture
- Must be enrolled at a University
